Balobi Day Ride – 18:00 – R40 pp (Team event)

The circular 5km MTB track at Port St Francis includes beach, single track through fynbos, jeeptrack, grass, steps, a wooden walkway, and a short section over the harbour wall.
The Balobi Day Ride is a corporate challenge and team event - team members must be working for the same company. Teams of 3 will race to see who can start the most laps between 18:00 and 19:00.

Balobi Night Ride – 19:30 – R60 pp

The Night Ride will take place between 19:30 and 20:30 and is an individual event. The challenge is to see who can start the most laps within 60 minutes.

The Port Hole Kids MTB Fun Ride – 9:00 – R20 pp
Entry fee: R20.00

This event is a great introduction to MTB cycling in a safe environment and is limited to cyclists under 12. They will follow the same route as the night ride, and experienced junior riders will cycle with them (front, middle and back of the pack).

St Francis Bay MTB Challenge on 24 February 2013

- 80km CSA member - R150
- 80km Non CSA member – R150 + R35 day licence
Date: February 24, 2013
As in previous years, the prestigious main event will start and finish at the St Francis Links. The main race of the day is the 80km. The 80km will start at 08:00, the 35km at 08:15 and the 15km at 08:30, giving cyclists from afar the chance to get here without a rush. Prize giving will be at 12:00 at the St Francis Links Club House.
(8h – 80km, 8h15 – 35km en 8h30 – 15km)
